Also provides real estate advisory, project management and letting services, as well as overseeing the execution of projects' design, construction and operation.

Infrastructure, Construction and Logistics : Undertakes construction, civil contracting, project management, logistics support and heavy equipment maintenance. Provides basic building materials for construction in the Kuwaiti market through its ready-mix concrete and aggregates companies.

Hospitality, Tourism and Retail : Develops and invests in hotels in Kuwait and internationally. The company has a strategic relationship with the international hotel operator 'Accor Hotels & Resorts' in developing hotels under the brand name “Ibis” and focuses on mid-market hotels, with our main emphasis on limited service hotels. Operates a competitive tourism and travel agency in Kuwait. The franchising company operates international foodservice franchises in the casual dining market segment, and the retail division markets luxury brands through specialised outlets.
